Evo, American Dining Evolved, is the brand new dining concept brought to Worceser by sibling team Celeste and Albert Maykel. Located at 234 Chandler Street, adjacent to Living Earth, EVO brings food to a whole new level. Some may hear the terms "organic" "vegan" or "gluten free" and think strange food, bean sprouts and wheat grass ... , but the menu is packed full of delicious home cooked foods that everyone will love, even the finickiest of eaters.

From appetizers that include EVO Sampler Platter, calamari and Spinach and Artichoke dip to entrees of Seared Tuna Loin, Garlic Pasta and New York Strip Steak you will surely be pleased. The selection of food also includes panini melts, bison burgers, pizzas, wraps, salads, and a list of desserts for the sweetest tooth! Most of the menu selections can also be made to satisfy the vegan sensation as well as for those who must maintain a gluten-free diet.
